Recreational Intermediate to Advanced Pole Dance!
This class is suitable for those that are comfortable wearing shorts! Intermediate students will learn to climb and sit on the pole, as well as some "baby pole tricks" and how to go upside down! Once you can go upside down, you can join the Advanced curriculum! This class is based on pole as a sport, focusing on individual moves. This is not a choreography or sensual art based class.
***Minimum student numbers are needed for classes to run. All payments are non refundable unless minimum student requirements are not met***
