Recreational Exotic pole and floorwork!
This class is suitable for those that are comfortable learning rolls on the floor, as well as inverted poses using the pole and floor for support. You will get sassy and explore the art of sensual pole and movement in a fun, safe environment! Pole dancing heels are encouraged, but not mandatory! Ages 19 +
